Pastor Nathan is a Lititz native. In fact, Trinity is his home church. Nathan put his faith in Jesus at Twin Pines camp when he was 10 years old. As a young adult, he served as a camp counselor, Bible study leader, and Sunday school teacher.
Nathan has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Millersville University and a Masters of Divinity from Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown, PA. He married his wife, Silmara, in 2012. Their son, Ian was born in 2013 and is a bundle of joy. They also added a daughter, Sarah, to their family in 2015.
Nathan likes reading, writing, and playing guitar. He loves traveling abroad and has been to all the continents, including Antarctica. His favorite movie is “It’s a Wonderful Life” and favorite book, other than the Bible, is “Les Miserables”.

Ryan Taylor has served as a pastor at Trinity since 1997. Ryan is a graduate of Clarion University and received his Masters of Divinity degree from Evangelical Seminary.
He enjoys sports, board games, and spending time with his family. He is also a Steelers, Pirates and Penguins fan.
If you were to ask Ryan what he likes best about Trinity, he would say, “I love all the good friends that I have. I am so blessed!”

Tina was born and raised in Lancaster City and moved to Lititz in 1980. She accepted Jesus as her Savior at age 12 while she was at Lancaster Grace E.C. Church. She has been with us here at Lititz Trinity since 1989 – joining our church staff in 1998. Tina is married to Dennis, and their family consists of a daughter, Stephanie (who lives in Lititz with her husband and two daughters), and a son, Andrew (who lives in Huntingdon with his wife and children).
Tina participates in many activities here at Trinity. She is involved with the Congregational Care Team, and as editor of Trinity's Senior Adult Newsletter.
Tina is thankful to belong to a church that teaches the truth from God's Word.

Barry grew up in the Palmyra E.C. Church where he accepted Christ and was active in youth events. He and his wife, Linda, were married in 1974 and moved to Lititz in 1992 after living in Newark, DE, and Scranton, PA.
Barry spent most of his career in banking, most recently as a Vice President at Fulton Bank and is currently enjoying retirement. Barry graduated from the University of Richmond with a BS in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. He has been Treasurer at Trinity for 18 years.
Barry enjoys traveling, reading and following all Philadelphia and the University of Richmond sports teams.

Aimee is a Lititz native and has attended Lititz Trinity since she was an infant. She is married to Mike Lausch and together they have three children: Caden, Brady and Ava.
Prior to working at Trinity, Aimee was a middle school science teacher for 13 years. She spends her time volunteering in her children's school, helping with the kid's soccer and dance teams, and volunteering at church.Aimee is also the Outreach Director at Trinity. She is on the Decorating & Design Team and Physical Planning & Development at Trinity. She enjoys watching and playing soccer, reading, and vacationing at the beach.

mike maurer
Mike has been a member of Trinity for over 20 years. Growing up, he faithfully attended Twin Pines Camp and Herndon Camp Meeting, which is where he put his faith in Christ as a child. He attended Penn State University and is currently working at Manheim Township High School where he has been teaching mathematics for over 25 years. He also teaches the Youth Group Sunday night meetings at Trinity along with his wife Laura.
Mike and Laura live in Leola along with their three children: Elise, Amelia, and Anna. Mike was blessed to be able to give back to his favorite childhood camps by teaching many Jr. and Sr. High students at Herndon Camp Meeting and Twin Pines Camp over the past several years. Currently, he also serves as a volunteer on the AV team at Trinity. Outside of church, he is an advisor for the Manheim Township Ski Club. Some of his other hobbies include weight lifting, playing trumpet, and strategy games.
His passion is to see every youth at Trinity grow in their relationship with Christ and serve Him with their many gifts and talents.
